I asked Mr. Maestre a few questions upon his return:
Question: Why is it important to attend events like the ESA Annual Meeting.
Mr. Maestre: "This meeting is attended by entomologist, educators, students, government officials and employees from around the country do discuss the most current concerns dealing with insects and anthropoids. Researchers from the leading laboratories and universities present the latest finding relating to crop protection, pest control, invasive species (see image of Brown Marmorated Stink Bug from China) and environmental issues."
Mr. Maestre: "The next generation of pest control products that will be introduced over the next five (5) years which are being developed to target specific organisms like Bed Bugs, Termites, Ants, and Flies."
